INDUSTRY LEADING SEAMOBILE® ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF NEW COMPANY, WAVE ENTERTAINMENT NETWORK™

COMBINED COMPANIES DELIVER THE NEXT WAVE IN AT-SEA & REMOTE LOCATION VIDEO ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES THAT RIVALS AT-HOME EXPERIENCE

Miami, Florida (March 14, 2007) – SeaMobile Enterprises, the dominant global provider of at-sea communications, connectivity and content services, is launching a new company called Wave Entertainment Network™. The new venture will deliver an at-sea or remote location television network that rivals what viewers are used to experiencing at home. Wave Entertainment TV is expected to be installed aboard its first cruise line customer in late 2007. The announcement was made at the International Seatrade Convention in Miami, Florida.

Wave Entertainment Network, a SeaMobile company, was formed early this year to extend the SeaMobile vision of providing a host of dynamic communications, information and entertainment services that extend far beyond basic telephony. Wave Entertainment Network is headquartered in Manhattan Beach, California. Company leaders include Larry Lemoine, Wave Entertainment CEO and former DIRECTV veteran.

“Our vision for SeaMobile will always be ambitious and Wave Entertainment TV is another step toward delivering a highly desirable service in a way that has never been done at sea,” said SeaMobile Enterprises Chief Executive Officer, William D. Marks. “Wave Entertainment TV allows travelers in the middle of nowhere on cruise ships, offshore platforms or military vessels to watch TV programming just as they do in their own living room. Once again, we’re keeping people connected to the information and entertainment they care about and also giving cruise line companies another source of revenue through program fees and targeted advertising.”

Wave Entertainment TV offers a diverse, like-at-home broadcast line-up of up to 40 channels of programming including: satellite TV, pay-per-view movies and events, live sports, special interest, kid-focused, live national news, adult programs, and live special events programming. The network uses a combination of satellite technology – delivered by SeaMobile’s industry leading Maritime Telecommunications Network (MTN) - and special caching technology that allows viewers to experience live events and network programming in time slots they are accustomed to seeing. Typically, at-sea television includes a host of dated programs that are stored and re-aired for weeks at a time.

“This venture has a wealth of experience in delivering entertainment that is appealing to viewers. Our executive team includes several former DIRECTV senior executives,” said Larry Lemoine. “We know how to deliver programming that viewers want. Through our state-of-the-art broadcast center, we manage the programming and delivery for mass appeal. But we have the technology to target specific programming for as finite an area as a single cabin of a specific cruise ship. This affords enormous customization opportunities, both from a viewing and advertising perspective.”

The service is expected to appeal to multiple maritime platforms such as cruise lines, oil platforms and military vessels. It also may have market opportunities in difficult to reach viewing areas in other remote locations on land. Installation is very simple using small set-top boxes similar to the TV box installed in homes. Combined with centralized WaveEntertainmentBroadcastCenter management, there is minimal start-up and maintenance required of vessel personnel.

Additionally, Wave Entertainment Network provides revenue sharing for cruise lines from programming and advertising that can be targeted to guests based on a specific ship itinerary. This will offer unique marketing opportunities through individualized advertising offers aimed at demographically attractive consumers.

Today’s announcement of the latest SeaMobile venture extends the company’s ability to provide numerous at-sea or remote location services.
